Use of this website

These Terms and Conditions apply to the website of Quality Compliance Construction Plus LLC ("QCC Plus", "we", "us"). This website provides general information about QCC Plus LLC roofing and improvement services. Please provide accurate information when contacting us and do not use the website for unlawful activity.

Inquiries and project agreements

Submitting an inquiry does not itself create a construction agreement or confirm an appointment. Project scope, materials, schedule, pricing and payment terms are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement, which governs the work.

Warranties, financing and insurance

Any workmanship warranty is subject to its warranty certificate. Financing through Hearth is subject to credit review and approval. QCC Plus is a roofing contractor and does not determine insurance coverage or guarantee claim approval.

Text Messaging (SMS) Program Terms

Program name and sender. QCC Plus Customer Messaging, operated by Quality Compliance Construction Plus LLC.

What messages you may receive. If you start a conversation with us through the chat widget on our website, or you text us first, we may send text messages to: respond to your chat message or inquiry; schedule, confirm or remind you of inspections and appointments; send estimate, project and service updates; ask for your feedback or a review after a completed service; and reply to you if you call us and we are unable to answer.

Consent. Consent to receive text messages is given when you submit your phone number and message through the chat widget on our website, or when you text us first. Our website contact form does not collect consent for text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and you can also reach us by phone or email.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your request and your project.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers. Wireless carriers and their affiliates are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use your information.
